1. Eligibility
The PokeMasterCenter 25k Follower Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the US who are 18 years or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Poke Master Center are not eligible to enter.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 3/8/2025 at 2am PT and ends on 4/20/2025 at 12pm PT (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be valid.
3. How to Enter
Participants can enter the Giveaway in one of the following ways:
A. Online Entry (if applicable)
- Follow Poke Master Center on Instagram or YouTube.
- Submit the testimonial submission form above.
B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten 3×5-inch card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 4/10/25 and received by 4/19/25 to be eligible. Limit one entry per envelope. Photocopied, typed, or mechanically reproduced entries are not valid.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or around 4/20/2025. The winner(s) will be notified via Email or Social Media within 2 days and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be chosen.

By participating, entrants grant Poke Master Center the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
Poke Master Center reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity. Entries that are late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected will not be considered.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Poke Master Center from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance.
